    the chalet was fully equipped, clean, and had a small garden with a wonderful view of the sea and pool. the check-in process was remarkably fast and we didn't have to wait for the standard check-in time. the hotel's design is impressive, and the pools are clean. the food variety and taste were great, and the staff at the restaurant and housekeeping were very helpful.

    The staff at reception, especially Mr. Hany Nessim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay as disabled guests was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi in rooms, valet parking, 24-hour reception and security, poolside snack bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and more. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location, though disastrous, is very close to Cairo and easily accessible.

    The food variety during the weekdays could have been better.

    the hotel is super clean, and the location is great for a surprise anniversary cake. the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the cozy pool area and the entertainment for the kids.
